If you are organizing a fundraiser, we may also collect payee information for fundraising proceeds, including your social security number or organization’s employer identification number, if required for tax purposes, address, organization name, and contact details. You may provide to us information on donors and supporters in connection with a campaign such as, supporter names, contact information (including email addresses and mobile numbers), and participation details.
• Orders & Transactions: When making a purchase or registering on our Service, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card details, or other information necessary for processing your order and enhancing your experience.
• Communications: We may send you Service-related emails or text messages, including account verification, updates, security notices, and changes to features. Please note that you cannot opt out of essential Service-related communications.

We do not charge for Mobile Services, but your carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other rates may apply. Please note that certain Mobile Services may be incompatible with specific carrier policies or mobile devices.
By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you via:

• SMS, MMS, or text messages
• Other electronic means
These communications may include transactional messages related to your account as well as marketing messages about Poppin Popcorn and our partners. Some usage information related to Mobile Services may also be collected and shared with us.

In order to do so, we may share your information with third-party service providers who assist in delivering Poppin Popcorn services, including supporting fundraising events.
We will not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information for any form of consideration. We will only share the information we collect with third parties when necessary to fulfill your request or provide our services (e.g., shipping orders, and related shipping providers).
Unless you request otherwise, we may contact you via email or text message to inform you about special offers, new products, services, or updates to this policy.
Certain services, such as purchasing items or registering for an account, may require you to provide personal details such as your name, billing and shipping address, email, and phone number. For payment processing related to fundraising orders, we may collect additional financial information, including credit card details, bank name, account number, routing number, and other necessary financial data. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
